Nataliya Mykolska is a counsel at Sayenko Kharenko with a particular focus on international trade. Nataliya has over 10 years of experience advising clients on all aspects of international trade including cross-border trade transactions and contracts, trade financing, agency and distribution, franchising, and other matters.
Nataliya specializes in trade remedy proceedings (anti-dumping, anti-subsidy, safeguards) representing both exporters and domestic industry. She regularly counsels on the application of WTO rules to improve access to foreign markets for goods and services (including WTO dispute settlement), and has market-leading experience in advising global companies on the application of WTO rules in Ukraine. Ms. Mykolska also focuses on industries with specific regulatory requirements, such as gambling.
Nataliya is a country expert of the International Distribution Institute (IDI) on franchising in Ukraine, Deputy Chairman of the Ukrainian Bar Association International Law Committee.
