The firm has performed a series of the most notable merger clearances of international transaction in this field, including Zentiva N.V. pharmacy producer sale, BASF (one of the world’s largest chemical company) acquisition of CIBA Holdings AG, Solvay Pharmaceuticals sale to Abbott and many others.

Our chemicals and pharmaceuticals group is comprised of lawyers from the firm’s corporate and M&A, banking & finance, antitrust, capital markets, dispute resolution, and tax teams. The firm’s intellectual property team is active in advising pharmacy trade and production companies with regard to transaction-related as well as on-going IP issues.

We have worked on the deals involving some of the largest companies in Ukraine: Alba Ukraine, Crimean Tytan, Stirol, Azot, Sumyhimprom, TNK-BP, other chemicals producers and retailers.
